The challenge
BrightBlu, a 3-year-old EV charging startup with operations in India and Europe, had the technology and vision but needed a cohesive brand strategy to compete against established players. Operating in nascent markets like India, they required positioning that would make complex charging technology accessible to everyday users while supporting their expansion into Europe.
Our Approach
The Idea
We positioned BrightBlu around "Charging Made Easy"—emphasizing seamless user experience over technical complexity. The brand story connected their manufacturing expertise with consumer simplicity, positioning them as the approachable challenger in a technical industry.
Execution
We developed comprehensive brand assets: identity design, corporate communications, packaging, website, and mobile app interface. The app became the central user touchpoint, integrating with charging solutions to provide session tracking and usage statistics. We also created pitch materials that supported their fundraising efforts across multiple capital rounds.
