The Challenge

NoordCode had quality science-backed supplements but lacked brand strategy and market presence in the crowded Dutch wellness space. They needed to scale revenue while maintaining a steady 4x ROAS and acquire new customers beyond their existing base.

Our Approach

The Idea

We developed "Find your NoordCode" positioning, supported by a full-funnel campaign structure. Clean, premium visuals made performance nutrition approachable for everyday health-seekers rather than just biohackers, optimised at the relevant points of the customer journey.

Execution

We introduced Meta alongside Google, launched PMax campaigns for key products, and tested across TikTok and Bing. Strategic optimizations included reducing Meta audience cohorts from 6 to 3, introducing catalog campaigns for high-value segments, and shifting creative focus from single products to product ranges with dedicated landing pages.

Impact

Performance
Six-month performance delivered 4.02 overall ROAS, generating a 21% increase in Shopify revenue. Total revenue increased 37%, orders grew 42%, and new customers expanded 36,3%.
User Adoption
The campaign achieved record-breaking performance, milestones never reached even during Black Friday periods. Unique store visitors increased 61%, while conversion rates improved from 5-6% to 7.5-8%, demonstrating how strategic audience segmentation and tailored messaging successfully expanded NoordCode's customer base beyond core wellness enthusiasts.
